It seemed for the longest while that I didn't have any art of my own character - just a lot of pictures of friends!
I was very pleased with this picture, it turned out the way I had envisioned it in my head. Tan Mayfair paper and pencil crayon. Absolutely no chalk pastel was used this time. The surface of the paper was really smooth, smoother than white Mayfair it seemed, and the colour glided right on. I debated whether or not to colour the sky blue and left it tan - I couldn't guarantee that I would be satisfied with a blue sky.
